With more than 20 years of experience, my practice focuses on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, company formations, and other transactional matters — representing investors, start-ups, and founders. Prior to founding the Law Office of Joseph Helmers, I practiced in the same focus areas at a Menlo Park firm. Earlier in my career, I advised on cross-border transactions in the Palo Alto and Hong Kong offices of a multinational firm.
